The Columns

Name - Grant/RFP title (link to forum when posted)

Stage - Where it sits in the lifecycle:

• Ideation → concept worth funding
• Scoping → defining deliverables, budget, milestones
• Posted → live on forum for applications
• Sourcing → reaching out to specific teams
• Awarded → Snapshot passed, ready to start
• In Progress → executing, milestones tracked
• Complete → delivered and verified
• Canceled → not pursuing

Steward - Who owns the relationship (milestone checks, payments, grantee contact)

Reviewer - Who evaluates merit (mfw78 for technical, Sov for BD/partnerships)

Next Action - Date when next thing is due (set by Steward). Examples: RFP draft deadline, outreach follow-up date, review decision due, milestone delivery date.
