We’re a select group of visionaries mapping the future of Web3 grants, collaborating with thought leaders and experts to shape this multi-faceted and evolving landscape. Whether a grant manager, service provider, or passionate about Web3, your unique perspective can help us chart new territories.
The Cartographer Syndicate brings together diverse talents from across the Web3 grants ecosystem. Our members contribute their unique skills to advance and protect access to information in Web3. Our membership has 2 layers. All members have *personas (*our initial blanket check to see if Syndicate membership would make sense for both us, regardless of direct contribution capacity). While some members may also have roles (specific contribution activities to drive the Syndicate forward).
We’ve made these personas and roles more explicit as the Syndicate is more or less a permissionless contributor group. Things get done by members who care and have the time to look propose, look into and/or contribute to a specific task or initiative, either solo or collaboratively with other syndicate members. We’re in the early days of the Syndicate and while we have don’t have any meetings or more formal processes currently in place, we plan to evolve to include more structural scaffolding as needed.
The following personas list is based off our current membership. If you match any of the listed personas below, chances are you would be a great fit for the Syndicate. If not, we’re always looking for new personas (wildcards) to expand our current list.
