- Role Assignment:
- Members select roles and interests using a reaction role bot to access relevant channels OR go through a personalized onboarding process to receive a role.
- Engagement:
- New members are encouraged to participate in discussions and join working groups.
- Weekly onboarding calls to help new members integrate and understand their roles.
Communication Tools
- Notion: Central repository for documents, guides, and resources.
- Discord/Charmverse/Telegram: Primary platform for communication and collaboration.
- Surveys and Feedback (Charmverse/Discord/Google forms): Regular surveys to gather member feedback and guide decision-making.

The following channels are proposed to maintain organization and streamline communications:

- Purpose: Official updates and announcements from the leadership team.
- Use: Inform members about important events, changes, and decisions.

- Purpose: General discussions and queries.
